To return your order, please follow these steps:
1. Head to our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order number and email, then click Start Return.
3. Pay the return shipping & processing fee of £5.99
4. Select the item(s) you're returning and your reason for return.
5. Your return label or return instructions will be provided.
6. Drop your parcel off at your closest post office or shipping provider and ensure it is trackable.
7. Once your return has been confirmed as in transit you will receive your store credit via email automatically.
If you aren’t in love with your purchase, we offer a 21-day return policy from when you place your order, that allows our customers to receive a store credit or exchange. We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Returns aren't available for underwear, lingerie, swimwear bottoms including one-pieces and sets, bodysuits and garments with inbuilt underwear, jewellery, make-up, items from our sale collection and items returned outside of the 21 day return period.
When you are returning outfits they must be as new with tags still attached, no make-up marks, fake tan etc.
If you have received an item that is faulty or defective please reach out to our helpful customer support team directly via our contact page or by completing this e-form.
Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from makeup, fake tan or perfume.
We cannot accept returns of:
- Underwear or swimwear bottoms (including one-pieces and sets)
- Garments with built-in underwear
- Earrings or jewellery (unless faulty)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned outside of the 30-day period
UK customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order. If no refund is requested, you'll automatically receive store credit once your return is in transit.
Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used toward any future purchase.
At checkout, enter your code in the 'Gift card or discount code' box. Please ensure it's applied before completing your purchase, as we can't adjust it afterward.
- Store credit is issued when your parcel is first scanned in transit (UK & NZ).
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse.
You'll receive an email once your return has been finalised.
Absolutely! Use your order number and the email you used at checkout in our Returns Portal.
Yes once you start the return process you will be offered the chance to exchange your item for the same product in a different size. If you would like to exchange your item for a different item you will need to wait for your store credit to be issued the re-purchase the new item.
You can use the packaging that the parcel was delivered in.
Alternatively, if your packaging is not in a condition where this is
applicable - you can purchase a postal bag/satchel from your local post
office at your own expense or alternatively you can recycle any other
bag or box you have.
Store credit issued in the UK is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued.
Yes! If you're returning an item purchased with a Buy Now Pay Later service like Afterpay, Laybuy, Klarna, or Zip, we'll issue store credit or a refund in line with our policy.
Note: You'll still need to continue payments with your provider until your return is finalised.
