    Appalling customer service

    My experience with this online business's customer service has been profoundly disappointing. The return process, normally a simple procedure, has taken almost two months to complete due to automated responses and emails that neglect to resolve the issue, punctuated by lengthy waiting periods. Consequently, I recommend shopping elsewhere, as dealing with this store's returns and communication proves overly challenging and extremly frustrating.

    SLAY

    looks so hot, fits really nice, can’t wait to wear to a festival. Off the shoulder looks really nice for photos but might be a bit restricting if you’re dancing.
